From the video description

Does an email prove who sent it? BSA Section 90 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 lets a court presume that an electronic message forwarded through an email server corresponds to what was entered for transmission. It does not let the court presume the identity of the sender. This Short explains why email content and sender identity are different proof questions.
