From the video description

Who must prove a fact that only one person knows? BSA Section 109 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 says that when a fact is especially within a person’s knowledge, the burden of proving that fact is on that person. The Act gives the example of a traveller who must prove that they had a railway ticket. This rule concerns that particular fact. #BSA #Section109 #BurdenOfProof #EvidenceLaw #IndianLaw
